I'm addicted to working out at my health club, but with a demanding job and family life I miss getting there at least once or twice a week. My wife got me the PowerPack Gym for my birthday and now missing workouts at the club is never the problem it used to be. I can just use my PowerPack and actually get as good a workout in less time. As a result I now find myself more willing to skip the health club in favor of the PowerPack Gym. I never thought that would be possible. The ironic part is that the Pack cost less than one month's dues at the health club. It may not be long before I just cancel my membership and use the PowerPack exclusively.

When I see all the exercise contraptions on the market today that  utilize rubber bands, slings, arrows, etc., you can't help but laugh. Where is the the truth in advertising? You'll never get in shape using those gimmick products. Everyone knows that push-ups are the best exercise there is, but like any resistance based workout, the stronger you get, the less effective they become. The PowerPack Gym solved that issue for me. I can easily switch from standard, incline, and decline with the optimal level of resistance. For me, It has really put the fun and challenge back into doing push-ups.
