Warranty

Smart Fitness Products Ltd. warrants to the original purchaser of this PowerPack Gym that the product is free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of original purchase. The warranty is in lieu of all other agreements and warranties, general or special, express or implied and no representative or person is authorized to assume liability on behalf of Smart Fitness Product Ltd. in connection with the sale or use of this product. EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICIABLE LAW, SMART FITNESS PRODUCTS Ltd. SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, AN IMPLIED WARANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. This warranty does not apply to damage caused by abnormal or unreasonable use of this product which is unintended by the manufacturer, or for alterations, neglect, or the normal wear and tear of this product.

If your PowerPack Gym is found to be defective in materials or workmanship within one-year of the date of original purchase, Smart Fitness Products Ltd. will replace the product free of charge. Please contact customerservice@smartfitnessproducts.com describing the problem with a proof of the date of purchase. Smart FitnessProducts Ltd. will evaluate the claim. THIS IS YOUR SOLE REMEDY UNDER THIS WARRANTY. SMART FITNESS PRODUCTS Ltd. OTHERWISE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY FOR LOSS DAMAGE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY AND INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

Information Collection and Use
Smart Fitness Products Ltd. is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. Smart Fitness Products Ltd. may collect information from our users at several different points on our website.

Registration
In order to order merchandise from this website, a user may first be required to complete a registration form. During registration a user may be required to give their contact information (such as name and email address). This information is used to contact the user about the services on our site for which they have expressed interest. It is optional for the user to provide more specific demographic information (such as industry and job title), and unique identifiers, but encouraged so we can provide a more personalized experience on our site.

Order
We may request information from the user on any order form. Here a user must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customer’s orders. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the user.

A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user’s hard drive containing information about the user. FastWing / Advanced Chemical may use cookies during the order process.
